Emergency Drills
Under Michigan law, schools must conduct at least:
Five fire drills per school year;
Two tornado safety drills per school year; and
Three lock down drills per school year.
AMAESD school officials document all completed school safety drills on the school's website within 5 days of completing each drill. Use the links below to view the documentation for our school safety drills. Signed documentation can be viewed in each building's main office.
