STARS is a reading intervention program for Kindergarten through 3rd grade students who score below district identified targets on reading assessments.  Reading Interventionists provide reading support, using research-based interventions with small groups of students 3-5 times a week. Interventionists work under the guidance and training of a certified lead teacher and an intervention coach.
